Hani is the stable manager for our daughter's riding academy in Israel. That aside, he is also her all-around handyman. Hani is an Arab-Israeli and together with his brother also runs a large strawberry farm and makes the best pure olive oil I have ever tasted. To top it off, he is just a wonderful person.
