Wade Murphy is the captain of the oldest Skip Jack - the Rebecca T. Rourk - still in use on the Chesapeake Bay. Since Maryland law prohibits motor driven boats from oyster fishing, Skip Jacks are sailboats used for harvesting oysters. Wade Murphy is visually and aurally compromised but he still takes people out on cruises aboard his Skip Jack - a memorable experience for his guests.
