Klaus J. is an accomplished astronomer who never graduated from a university. Everything  he knows about the world beyond our little planet has been self-taught and he commands an amazing amount of information. We have attended several of his lectures and have been consistently impressed with his presentations, which are not merely a recitation of facts but are  offered in a way that allows his audience to have an experience of the universe.

In the winters, Klaus also does very complex restorations of old clocks and radios. A very talented and interesting neighbor to have.
