Just across the street from our apartment an old building was recently torn down and a new condominium is being constructed. The project has created much interest in the neighborhood and in passing by, we get to  observe the progress. Over the course of several weeks, I noticed one worker who seemed to have a great deal of authority and hung around long enough to ask for his photo. He was much nicer than his appearance might indicate. I found out that he came to Berlin from Lithuania over ten years ago and is one of the foremen on the construction site.  He certainly had an interesting face to draw.
