On the evening that I met my wife, Gila, I knew that she was THE ONE  I had been searching for all my adult life. (Although it did take her a bit longer!)  Even though her appearance has hardly changed, as she heads toward her 80th birthday, her character has continued to grow. Over the course of the 40 years we have  been together, she has become  even more insightful, empathetic, wise, and determined to make a difference in the lives of those around her. Can it be that those traits have  actually preserved her beauty?
