After visiting the island of Foehr every year for the past nine years, we  thought we knew every corner on the place, but this year we stumbled onto a wonderful café hidden away along the coast. Not only was the view spectacular and the food delicious but we had an exceptional waiter. Stephan was extremely efficient and polite, and very gregarious without being intrusive. His motto: I treat my customers like friends, until they prove otherwise. He also had an interesting face and after a long conversation, agreed to having his picture taken. We already look forward to seeing him again next year.
